Having been on crutches for the last month has really made me aware of the simple things businesses could do to make things easier people who don't get around well.  Is it too much to ask to have a sign next to the steep front steps indicating that there is a handicap-accessible entrance hidden in the back of the building?  Individuals have been great though.  What have YOU done today to think outside yourself?
